Operation of subscriber equipment: telephone equipment, individual video terminals, audio conferencing equipment, video conferencing and multimedia equipment complexes;

Technical support of meetings with participation of top managers of PJSC Gazprom"

Carrying out repair and restoration works, providing bypass and backup communications;

Record keeping, technical documentation, certification of station facilities of the communication center, permits, drawings;

Implementation of planned and preventive maintenance of data transmission equipment, PBX, audio and video conferencing, power supply systems;

Drafting, correcting and updating operational and technical documentation ;

Installation and debugging of special communications equipment that ensures the confidentiality of information constituting a trade secret together with employees of the Federal Security Service.

Efficient organization of work on upgrading and configuring the internal communication network of PJSC Gazprom.

Communication with senior management of PJSC Gazprom to improve the quality of service delivery.

Preparation of measures to improve the operation of equipment, increase the reliability and stability of all communication systems, attract specialists to work and coordinate the results.

Operation and configuration of IP telephony complexes and multimedia systems complexes, reconfiguration of the switching scheme of the communication node and optimization of its operation.

Front-end, Usability testing, functional, smoke testing

Writing test cases and drawing up checklists.

Testing mobile (iOS / Android) and web server applications: checking, localizing and fixing found errors, analyzing product behavior.

Manual testing of new functionality.

Interaction with the product development team (Agile).

API testing (Postman), Selenium.

Experience with platforms and bug tracking systems: JIRA SOFTWARE, ZABBIX, BMC REMEDY, ZENDESK, REDMINE, CONFLUENCE.

Escalation of service and mobile application failures.

Monitoring the condition of equipment and services, monitoring compliance with the deadlines for the elimination of emergency situations.

Analysis of current functionality, optimization and evaluation of applications for application innovations.

Processing of incoming reviews about the company's products.

Monitoring of planned works.

Drawing up and maintaining up-to-date working documentation.
