Manager to project of establishing BI as a company-wide service, responsible of business needs analysis, service and technical design, processes reconfiguration and solutions transition.
• Established large-scaled BI service in conditions of 10+ years legacy on 4 different systems and 3000+ active users

• Developed new field technical service with 60 specialists in 20+ country regions
• Implemented full system-to-system service transition (HPSM to SDP): design, installation, business implementation
• Designed and organized external services integration: dataflow and business process
