• I have received trainings and obtained certification for “Personal Survival Techniques at sea” (STCW-95) and “Crowd Management in emergency situations” from United Kingdom Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
• I have received “White Star Service” training for passenger service on-board cruise ships with British cruising line Cunard.
• I have completed an “Advanced Customer Focused Process Improvement Program” with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide at Sheraton Nevskij Palace Hotel.
• I have completed a “Course in Professional Photography” with New York Institute of Photography (NYIF).
