Client study (analysis of missed opportunities and improvements of current proposals in order to satisfy clients' needs, searching for points of connection/communication with client)
Opportunity and feasibility study for new product
Porfolio management (complaints, individual cases, next payments etc)
Managing of IT team which implements required improvements to internal systems (back-end and front-end)

Life insurance

Proposal and negotiations with partners and service providers, implementation of the offers in partners' network (including formation of agent and service agreements, validation of processes and development of client and marketing materials)

Opportunity and feasibility study for new product preparing
Development of techical and functional requirements for IT implementation (FO and BO systems)

Main responsobilities:
Cooperation with different banks regarding existing and new products:
Credit life, Investment life insurance, Endowment life insurance, Health and injury insurance (inluding critical decease insurance and medical insurance)
Internal project management for product development (MVP forming, validation, negotiations and launching)

Bankassurance

Product development (end to end process from idea to design, implementation & monitoring); project implementation & monitoring of the effectiveness
Proposal and negotiations with partner, implementation of the offers in partner networks
Market analysis for defining opportunities, including new business areas determing
Opportunity and feasibility study for new product preparing

Main responsobilities:
Cooperation with Rusfinance bank regarding existing products:
CASCO, GAP, Credit life
Development of new products for Rusfinance bank and Rosbank:
Personal belongings protection, Extended warranty, new programms for CASCO
Development and automation of reporting system for management reporting

Direct insurance

Development of new tariffs and products for CASCO (tariffs, conditions, price research, mystery shopping, P&L)
Data analysis (analysis of losses, frequency, risk model etc)
Compilation and processing of periodic reports (KPIs monitoring)
Implementation of tariffs changes (specifications for IT)
Participation in other projects (customer centricity, update of cars database etc)
Responsible for Mitsubishi CASCO project
Development of Travel insurance product

CASCO tariff policy (loss calculation, frequency, financial result, forecasting)
Methodology (tariff guide, insurance rules)
Development of special programs (methodology, forecasting, implementation)
Operating underwriting (atypical contract renewal, fleet underwriting etc)
Development processes of interaction between units (regulations, instructions)
Compilation and processing of periodic reports (reinsurance, results of selling units)

GAP, Extended warranty, Replacement car, Road assistance

Development of new CASCO tariffs and special programs
Data analysis of CASCO, OSAGO (calculation of loss, frequency, fleet quotation, etc.)
Preparation and processing of periodic reports, support of internal AIS
