-IC accounts receivable ; accounts payable- regular reconciliation with the Group;

- monthly presentations of the Projects’ financial results to the UK And USA Top managent ( shareholders);
- calculation of project backloge;

- regular monthly reports related with overall activity of the company (registration of spent man-hours, making forecast of planning man-hours per the projects);
- analysis and registration of the Contracts’ expenses;
- making of regular monthly reports per each Project (Project Management Report – PMR);
- analysis of the projects’ profitability;
- participation in regular meetings with Project Managers and Managing Director, presentation of the results related with profitability or losses per the projects;
- monthly summary financial reports for TECHNIP Rus ‘ top management and for TECHNIP group .
